Mix 1-2 pumps of Retinol Concentrate into 1-2 pumps of O Cosmedics treatment hydrator before application. Mix on finger tips and apply to face and throat. Begin usage every third or fourth evening and gradually increase usage to every 1-2 days giving your skin time to build up tolerance and avoid sensitisation. Not to be used neat on the skin. Use in the evening.

Choosing your Retinol: If you’re new to Retinol, it’s been a while or you can’t remember what percentage of Retinol you’ve used previously start with a 0.5% strength; either Potent Retinol Serum or Retinoic Oil – the Oil is a better choice for dry and/or sensitive skin. If you’ve already been using a prescription or clinical strength Retinol go for the big-guns in Retinol Concentrate.
